1. Introduction

UKDOTPRO Ltd., (Company number 09035830) trading as ChinaNet, is a company registered in England and Wales. We provide website design & development and mobile app design & development for our clients. We operates on an e-commerce basis, usually without the need of physical delivery of the physical documents. We delivery the code to our clients server or app store.

2. Processing of orders

Product information and inquiry: For common development services, customers can learn about the service details through the product descriptions on our online shop. If your requested services are not listed in the online shop yet, you can directly contact our service specialist directly at services@ukdotpro.com to get a quote. Placement of order: to place an order, simply choose the designated service, select the desired amount, and proceed to the payment section. Payment: all of the orders must be paid by acceptable means of payment by us in order to be proceeded. which include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, wire transfer to company’s bank account. Unpaid orders will NOT be served. Serving your order: after payment, you shall receive confirmation of order by email, and our service specialist will contact you directly to verify your specific requirements. After that, preparation of your requirement begins, and we will make sure to deliver the required documents. Please at least allow 7 working days for the service to be delivered. Receiving your product : after finishing design & development, we will send the code to your designated server and inform you of the product delivery. In case you have not received it, please contact our service specialist at services@ukdotpro.com.

3.Product Delivery

Delivery Methods: We offer online delivery , we will upload the design & code to your server or hosting or send it to your email address. Delivery Time: most of our product will delivery in 7 working days.

4. Cancelling of order and refunds

Cancelling of order placed by mistake

Cancelling of order: it takes two steps of order placement and payment for an order to be confirmed at our website, which basically removed the chance of payment by mistakes. As such, we usually do not allow cancelling of orders after payments.

Applying for refunds: In rare cases, where you want to cancel your order, you must provide good explanation of the reason (as well as a valid means of receiving the payment) and send it to our customer service team at services@ukdotpro.com Our service team will make a decision based on the case scenario and inform you the options. Please do expect that most orders are not refundable.

Refundable amount: please notice that once the order has been proceeded, we will have to deduct the processing costs from the entire order amount (up to 90%), which means the final refund is usually smaller than the full amount.

Receiving the refund: in case we agreed to refund, we will inform you the refundable amount and refund it via the original path (for example, Paypal). In case we cannot use the original payment channel, we will use the alternative payment means you provided us.

Time to receive the refund: It takes up to 15 working days for us to refund the money. The actual arrival time of the refund might vary due to different methods of payment.

Cancelling of order for unsatisfactory service

Refund for unsatisfactory service: in the rare case that we missed the agreed deadline of the product delivery, you are entitled to a 100% refund, if we were not able to provide evidence of draft work already done for you. If you still want the product despite the delay, you will get the product, and 10% refund from your paying price.

Applying for refunds: in the rare case that we missed the deadline, our service team will contact your email within 24 hours to discuss the case with you. If you did not hear from us within 24 hours of the due date, please contact our service team services@ukdotpro.com directly for the refund.
